Emacx & Lighting Options
Emacx is offering lighting audits to our clients who currently have iPLCs installed and to new clients in conjunction with the installation of an Emacx system.
Up to 39% of an office's electric bill is lighting; hospitals and hotels pay more. Many buildings had lighting systems which were installed prior to the computer age - adjusting overhead lighting by taking in consideration light from all sources will lead to substantial savings.

Prominent New Jersey College signs a contract with Emacx as part of its Energy Conservation
Project
We are pleased to announce that Emacx Systems has been awarded a contract with St. Peter's College in Jersey City to install an automated Demand Control System in seven buildings on their West Campus. The Demand Control System is part of a much larger Energy Conservation Project which the school is undertaking and also includes Solar Panels, Lighting upgrades and a Co-Generation Plant.

Emacx at the GovEnergy Trade Show
I-3 (Ideal Innovations, Inc.) highlighted Emacx technology at booth #1145 at the GovEnergy Trade Show at the Duke Energy Convention Center in Cincinnati OH on August 7th through 9th. We were on hand to demonstrate our intelligent Peak Load Control systems.

Con Edison accepts Emacx in Energy Program
Con Edison has accepted Emacx into its Con Edison Commercial and Industrial Energy Efficiency Market Partner Program (Conedci). Con Ed customers utilizing this program will be able to obtain substantial rebates and incentives, in addition to lowering their electrical costs, with the installation of an Emacx intelligent Peak Load Control (iPLC) system.

HEI signs contract with Emacx to expand our services
HEI, a leader in the hospitality business, is obviously pleased with the Emacx intelligent Peak Load Control (iPLC) system that Emacx installed in one of their California hotels - they reduced their carbon footprint over 150,000 lbs in the last 10 months! Based on that proven track record, they have signed a contract to have Emacx install another iPLC system in one of their key New Jersey hotels. We are forecasting that their payback will be less than 2.5 years.

Major International Bank expands Emacx Systems to another property
An international bank, with an Emacx intelligent Peak Load Control (iPLC) system already installed in their New York based US headquarters, has signed a new contract with Emacx to install another system in a second major facility. The bank headquarters enjoyed an annual electrical savings of over $120,000 during the first year due to the Emacx iPLC system.

Major New York Hospital signs with Emacx
Emacx has been awarded a contract at a major New York hospital to install an intelligent Peak Load Control (iPLC) system in their three buildings. Estimated annual savings are projected to be $360,000 for the first year.

Renewable Energy Rodeo & Symposium
Emacx Systems, Inc. recently exhibited at the Renewable Energy Rodeo & Symposium in Ft. Bliss, Texas.
The RERS was held for Fort Bliss and TARDEC to establish a foundation for the accelerated deployment of energy savings technologies into CONUS bases through panel sessions, demo site visits/interactions, displays, exhibits and networking events.
The event displayed the latest mature technologies and innovations in renewable energy concepts and alternative fuel technologies available. Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) panel discussions and guest speakers included some of the nation’s top experts in these fields and technologies. Emacx is now offering Dimmable Lighting options
Emacx is pleased to announce that we now offer dimmable lighting options in conjunction with iPLC. Lighting power consumption can be reduced by up to 50% and high peak charges can be avoided. The lighting can be added to most current systems without expensive re-wiring. Payback period is usually less than 3 years. New Client signs with Emacx for iPLC
A national Real Estate Consulting company signed a contract with Emacx to provide energy consulting and installation of a peak load control system at one of their tenant buildings in New York City. A year after the system was installed their carbon footprint reduction was over 202,000 lbs and they realized energy savings and cost avoidance in the high five figures.
