Our Passion is energy conservation and the continued effort to create awareness and educate how Automated Demand Control, Demand Response and Energy Information Systems Technology can make a substantial contribution to be one of the most practical sources of energy conservation.
Who We Are
Theo Breitenstein, MBA, CEM, CDSM, President
Theo Breitenstein holds a BSEE from the University of Lucerne, as well as an MBA from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Theo has held numerous senior management positions with Swiss, German and American engineering and high-tech firms and has over 25 years of experience in the power and energy industry.
Terrence Trayvick, Chief Operating Officer
Terry Trayvick, a managing partner at Missions Business Solutions, LLC, previously served as a Global President at R.R. Donnelley, and held several senior strategy, operations, and finance positions at R.R. Donnelley and Procter and Gamble. Terry holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Columbia Business School, and a B.S. in Industrial Management from the University of Cincinnati. Terry serves as a Board of Directors of Water Partners International, and Impact CDC’s Five Sector Alliance.
Brian D. Jacks, Vice President, Strategic Alliances & Business Development
Brian D. Jacks, a Managing Partner at Mission Business Solutions, has held senior management positions with Crown Castle International (CCI) and Verizon Wireless. During his career he helped launch and served as President and Chairman of the Board for Crown Castle Atlantic and created a subsidiary organization, Crown Castle Solutions.
Brian holds an Executive Masters in Technology Management (EMTM) from both the Engineering and Wharton Schools of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University. He currently serves on the Board of the Harlem YMCA.
Chris Gray, CEM, Senior Technology Manager
Chris Gray holds a BSME from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Chris began his professional career as a mechanical engineer in the HVAC industry. His last position was Senior Controls Engineer for Siemens/Staefa Control Systems designing Building Automation Systems for large-scale projects.
Ralph J. Altreche, CEM, Project Manager – Energy Management Systems & Controls
Ralph Altreche has over 25 years experience in machine/process control automation for chemical, pharmaceutical and food manufacturing facilities. He holds an AAS in Electronics Technology from New York City Technical College in Brooklyn, NY. One of his crowning achievements is the development of a patented control system for a cryogenic pulverizing system used in the production of organic ingredients for the health food industry.
