EMI Systems: ENerGO
ENerGO® is a powerful, modular and web based Energy Management Information(EMI) software for real time data collection, analysis, and cost allocation of energy consumption and process data. It has been specifically developed for the requirements of the commercial and industrial environment to provide information such as:
- Real Time Energy Use
- Key Performance Indicators
- Benchmarking and Decision Tools
- Savings Potential Evaluation
ENerGO Modules
The individual components of the module can be combined together in any required way. The modular ENerGO® concept offers a large number of possible uses. Individual modules can be freely combined with one another and may be retrofitted if requirements change.

Energy consumption transparency
Expensive demand peaks and other problems with energy applications can increase your energy costs dramatically. However, if energy data can be continuously analyzed, energy consumption can be optimized instantly; making your energy consumption transparent!
ENerGO.display, an application module visualizes real time the actual use of the energy. The software makes the energy flow within the facility transparent and lets the user avoid possible negative cost developments based on real time data visualization.

Tariff Structures
Highly complicated and extensive tariff structures create hidden savings potential that are ordinarily not taken advantage of due to their complexity. Tariff analysis and comparison is utterly time consuming and costly because of the vast array of variation and influencing factors.
Different types of tariffs can be easily compared through the use of this module. The user can visualize tariff structures for the purpose of comparison and make critical decisions concerning such tariffs. All necessary information is readily available to assist in deciding upon applicable tariffs and utilizing the possible savings potential.
Trend Calculations
The dynamic calculation always compares the instantaneous power consumption with the Residual Power output value. The residual output is a theoretical value indicating the mathematical kW consumption possible to maintain the 15 or 30 minute kW average within the imposed utility interval. With that algorithm, the system is capable at any given time to distinguish between necessary and unnecessary demand peaks and initiate curtailment action, if necessary . This further prevents unnecessary switching or short-cycling loads, which can cause damage to equipment.
Consumption Data
Operating variables and seasonal fluctuations influence energy consumption along with the users' behavior. In order to lower energy costs substantially, continuous collection of energy consumption data, systematic analysis, and usage evaluation are needed.
ENerGO.scope is a highly efficient application module for such a task. Three versions are available to meet the required project specifications. The Scope Module analyzes load profiles and provides information to easily investigate causes of load peaks and uncover costly energy consumption habits. Advanced statistical methods and special analytical tools enable an accurate assessment of the actual energy consumption scenario.
Cost Centering
Globalization and deregulated markets have increased the pressure for cost reduction in companies especially regarding energy. Company wide reorganization establishes profit centers, business units, and new general legal frameworks, such as EMAS-Auditing and environmental taxes. These factors force companies to create fundamental user-fair allocation of energy costs.
ENerGO.expense is the most extensive application module from the ENerGO® series. It supplies precise statistics as well as quick and detailed analyses. It creates on-going consumption and energy cost transparency for all divisions and profit centers according to the principle user allocation. The energy costs are assigned to individual billing units, areas of individual departments, or divisions. Tables and lists provide an overview pertaining to organizational structures (departments, cost centers, etc). In addition, they provide transparency and detailed information down to the individual Point of Control (POC).
